cafe CODA grand open 3/11

      z i n e  n a r a b e × e n g a w a

   a t

     I c h i r y u d o
2018.02.01. - 2018.02.27.

This time we occurred this quite cultural exhibition at Ichiryudo Kissa ( a.k.a. cafe ) , Okazaki City, Aichi prefecture where placed in middle of Japan during Feb 1st to Feb 27th. The aim of this exhibition was about to know " ZINE " for general people. also we hoped that everyone who want to do some creative things will begun to make their first work through this exhibition which means to touch our works directly, in such a digital social, and hope to feel the sense and feeling of various artist made.

Also, 12 artists joined to this exhibition. everyone has different tastes like Photography, Poet, Testshooting, Collage , Illustration, Etching, Short Novel, Essay, Memo, AI literature etc...

    Joined Artists

Souichiro Øta
Yoshino Yamamoto
Akari Iida
Hiromingo Framingo
Emily Izawa
Kartika Menon
Shruti Bopshetty
Mio Otaki
Hideki Katayanagi
Eiji Watanabe
Keiji Miyazaki

we are activating to make spreading creative persons more and more in this city to all of japan.

CIROI

    C     I    R    O    I

I stepped into an exhibition of CIROI 2017 spring / summer exhibition at Shibuya, Tokyo. I lil bit lost on the way to get there! In the middle of cat street where placed between shibuya station to harajuku, that white gallery where is held this exhibition was there. GSP pointed to go to the back door! lol so, I was get there somehow. up stairs to 3rd floor facing outward, I opened the white door so gently.
What jumped into my field of vision, smoothy & waving white thin curtain and reception which is also constructed by white wall. when I get at reception, Kanako who is the designer of this brand and my friend noticed to me and came closer.
The first time when me and kanako met up was 5 years ago at speechlessly guest house in aldgate east, London 2011. In spring which is almost close to summer. It was June. I was a young photographer trying to take off. and she also had will to get some experiences for to be fashion designer. we were living tiny guest house within 10-12 people who keep to change in every week or every day in the case. Anyway, with this thing and that, we gathered for the first time in four years.

CIROI was launched 2015 and currently having a shop at Shinjuku Lumine B1. Recently, popular talented model Maggy wore the CIROI pieces. and it decorated on the bill board at shibuya station.

This brand particularly well focused on shirts.
as reason, the concept which brand has is that
clean, lightness, and simpleness.

brand express that these three elements means
that to make woman well beautiful and strong
as woman. and especially on details.

clean elements stand up the personality of each
woman. and It will be the proud for herself.

CIROI is the brand for woman to live so freshly
in this world.

The concept of this season for 2017 spring summer is the " Urban Exotic ". And it focused on the scene of visiting to having an off time at Cloister Museum in New York. The Cloisters museum is the annex of metropolitan museum of art where placed at Upper Manhattan. Specializing in European medieval architecture, sculpture and decoration. Therefore this new collection is constructed as timeless mood which is fusing of that craft sense of european medieval and athletic inorganic of modern technology.
